The Commonwealth LNG Gumbo Cookoff Teams had a great time serving (and consuming) plenty of great food at the Louisiana Fur and Wildlife Festival Gumbo Cook-Off in Cameron, LA. Caturus Energy, LLC Production Superintendent Kim Brasseaux used his personal recipe to lead our team “Commonwealth LNG Shrimp-a-Roux” to win 3rd place in the LNG Seafood Division. Our company was a Platinum Sponsor for this celebration that has been a Cameron tradition since 1955.
