🔥❄️ THE FAMILY BEHIND ZICCO 🔥❄️
We wanted to take a moment to introduce our family and share a little bit of the story behind ZICCO Air Conditioning and Heating LLC, a proud family-owned and operated business. ❤️
Daniel’s journey in the HVAC industry began back in 2000, when he was only 15 years old. His first job was installing drain pans under evaporator coils after they had passed leak inspections. It may have been a humble beginning, but it opened the door to what would eventually become his career and passion.
In early 2005, Daniel and Ana met. ❤️ As the years went by, we built our life together, got married, and started our family.
After we were married, Daniel continued growing professionally in the HVAC industry, gaining valuable hands-on experience while working for some of the largest and most established HVAC companies in the industry. Those years allowed him to expand his knowledge, sharpen his skills, and gain the experience that would eventually help him take the next big step.
Daniel then decided to return to school to further his HVAC education, earn his certifications, and ultimately obtain his Texas State HVAC Contractor License.
But there was a much bigger reason behind that decision. We shared a dream of one day creating something of our own — a family-owned business we could build together for our family and our children’s future.
In 2018, with a lot of hard work, faith, and above all, God’s blessings, that dream finally became a reality, and ZICCO Air Conditioning and Heating LLC was born. 🙏🔥❄️
Even the name ZICCO is part of our family story. When Daniel was young, his great-grandfather gave him the nickname “Sico.” Years later, when it was time to choose a name for our company, we took that special nickname, changed the S to a Z to represent our family last name, added another C, and ZICCO was born.
Over time, the name became even more meaningful to us. The five letters in ZICCO represent our five children — Jennifer, Daniel Jr., Effy, Alinka, and Damian. ❤️ They are our greatest motivation and a very important part of the reason this company exists.
What started with a 15-year-old learning the HVAC trade grew into years of experience, a marriage, five children, and eventually a dream that we turned together into the family business we are proud to call our own today.
And that family spirit continues within our company. ❤️ Alongside his wife Ana, his son Daniel Jr., and our amazing team, we continue putting in the hard work, dedication, and commitment every day to keep growing this family dream.
Looking back at how far we’ve come, we thank God first for every blessing, every opportunity, and every door He has opened for our family, our team, and our business. 🙏 We are also deeply grateful to every customer who has trusted us and supported our family-owned business throughout the years.

Queremos tomarnos un momento para presentarles a nuestra familia y compartir un poquito de la historia detrás de ZICCO Air Conditioning and Heating LLC, una compañía orgullosamente familiar y operada por nuestra propia familia. ❤️
La trayectoria de Daniel en la industria de HVAC comenzó en el año 2000, cuando tenía tan solo 15 años. Su primer trabajo fue instalar las bandejas de drenaje debajo de los evaporadores después de que estos pasaban las inspecciones de fugas. Tal vez fue un comienzo sencillo, pero fue el inicio de lo que con los años se convertiría en su carrera y pasión.
A principios de 2005, Daniel y Ana nos conocimos. ❤️ Con el paso de los años construimos nuestra vida juntos, nos casamos y comenzamos a formar nuestra familia.
Después de casarnos, Daniel continuó creciendo profesionalmente en la industria de HVAC, adquiriendo experiencia práctica mientras trabajaba para algunas de las compañías de aire acondicionado y calefacción más grandes y reconocidas de la industria. Esos años le permitieron ampliar sus conocimientos, perfeccionar sus habilidades y obtener la experiencia necesaria para algún día dar el siguiente gran paso.
Daniel decidió regresar a la escuela para continuar preparándose profesionalmente, obtener sus certificaciones y finalmente conseguir su licencia estatal de contratista de HVAC en Texas.
Pero detrás de esa decisión había una razón todavía más importante. Compartíamos el sueño de algún día crear algo propio: una compañía familiar que pudiéramos construir juntos para nuestra familia y el futuro de nuestros hijos.
En 2018, con mucho trabajo, fe y, sobre todo, gracias a las bendiciones de Dios, ese sueño finalmente se hizo realidad y nació ZICCO Air Conditioning and Heating LLC. 🙏🔥❄️
Incluso el nombre ZICCO forma parte de nuestra historia familiar. Cuando Daniel era pequeño, su bisabuelo le puso el apodo de “Sico.” Años después, cuando llegó el momento de elegir el nombre de nuestra compañía, tomamos ese apodo tan especial, cambiamos la S por una Z para representar nuestro apellido familiar, agregamos otra C, y así nació ZICCO.
Con el tiempo, el nombre adquirió un significado todavía más especial para nosotros. Las cinco letras de ZICCO representan a nuestros cinco hijos: Jennifer, Daniel Jr., Effy, Alinka y Damian. ❤️ Ellos son nuestra mayor motivación y una parte muy importante de la razón por la que existe esta compañía.
Lo que comenzó con un joven de 15 años aprendiendo el oficio de HVAC, con los años se convirtió en experiencia, un matrimonio, cinco hijos y finalmente en un sueño que convertimos juntos en el negocio familiar que hoy tenemos el orgullo de llamar nuestro.
Y ese espíritu familiar continúa dentro de nuestra compañía. ❤️ Junto con su esposa Ana, su hijo Daniel Jr. y nuestro gran equipo de trabajo, seguimos poniendo cada día nuestro esfuerzo, dedicación y compromiso para continuar haciendo crecer este sueño familiar.
Al mirar todo el camino recorrido, primero le damos gracias a Dios por cada bendición, cada oportunidad y cada puerta que ha abierto para nuestra familia, nuestro equipo y nuestro negocio. 🙏 También estamos profundamente agradecidos con cada cliente que ha confiado en nosotros y apoyado nuestro negocio familiar a lo largo de estos años.
