Here are a few simple ways to help keep your system running its best:
✅ Check your air filter and replace it if it's dirty.
✅ Keep at least 2 feet of clearance around your outdoor unit. Trim back grass, weeds, bushes, and remove any debris.
✅ Keep supply and return vents open and free from furniture, rugs, or curtains.
✅ Set your thermostat to a consistent temperature. Constantly adjusting it won't cool your home any faster.
✅ Pay attention to warning signs like warm air, unusual noises, water leaks, or ice on your system.
A little preventative maintenance can go a long way toward keeping your home comfortable and your system running at its best all summer long.
