Old and new. This setup boasts a significantly more efficient configuration featuring proper roof curbs, ensuring simplicity when future replacements are necessary. Additionally, we've installed two extra fans to enhance comfort.

Sometimes you have to tear something up before you build it back. This blower assembly was installed on the roof in the early 50’s. Both the blower and the roof are shot so we are removing the old and installing new. When finished it will be water tight, structurally sound and the new blower assembly will have a specialty coating to help it last.

As things go, it’s never easy. Main power feed to the building, yep right where we had to set the crane.

Walking one of our jobs to day and thought I would post a few pictures. In Houston and surrounding areas Storm Water Management is a big deal. Clients often overlook the requirement when developing a site plan and overall budget prior to hiring a design team. Let’s be real, this can be very expensive. It’s important to understand the requirements prior to purchasing a property because every situation is different. When planned properly, there are less surprises and everyone walks away happy.

Retention pond, underground piping to and from the pond and proper SWPPP - Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan in place.

Also did you know that larger sites must be registered with the state and procedures in place with the site inspected weekly?

Ever wonder what it takes to build an office with a mezzanine? First, a structural engineer to properly design your space. In most cases permits will be required.

Here are some pictures of some heavy gauge metal stud construction going in. Nice, clean, straight and strong. Also note the fire rated plywood being installed. That is a code requirement. All of this will be inspected as part of the building permit process.

Don’t cut corners on building for storage and use above where people work!

Here is a job we finished a few years ago. Lots of concrete being poured, not all of the concrete met our standards. Some trucks had to be sent packing. That’s why you hire a qualified general contractor.
