It's tough running a small business. Many such owners don't realize the compliance actions that they are subject to until a notice of violation is delivered to them.

Today, I have the great pleasure of providing guidance to another small business owner in complying with environmental requirements.

I am spending my Saturday morning drafting a compliance plan for a client. But I will be sure to enjoy some of the lovely weather this afternoon.
