We love when our clients come back to The Shop. eBay returned to Show Ready with a few requests to update their already gorgeous booth: add capabilities for broadcasting without a ground-up redesign.

Challenge. Accepted. A new counter, custom backlit logo, and a few more changes, and we were back on the show floor, ready to help drive revenue for our digital auction friends.

A fabricator that pushes back is usually the one who's trying to protect the project. There's a version of this story where a vendor says "yes" to every single thing. It feels great, because everyone is "collaborative". If you want a booth to go from concept to real-world, involve hard conversations: the ones that can't be built as designed, or clocks an overlooked venue restriction, all need to be addressed. Fortunately, we see that less as an obstacle to creativity and more of a challenge to make ambitious creative work actually possible.

We're growing the team, and this one's a great fit!

Jason MacDonald just joined Show Ready as a Project Manager/Estimator, bringing 25 years of experience in trade show, exhibit, and retail fabrication with him. He's worked with companies like Pinnacle and Displayit, contributed to award-winning projects including a 2026 Hermes Creative Award and a 2025 FAB Award, and spent the last five years expanding into retail and hospitality.

When he's not running projects, you'll find him in the water. Surfer. Outdoorsman. Fits right in with the SoCal shop culture.
