Every element of this space was designed with intention.

Located in Huntington Woods, this custom bathroom features precision mitered tile edges, a custom floating vanity with a mitered tile top, and Brizo fixtures that complement the clean, understated design.

The goal wasn’t to add more—it was to refine every detail. Crisp transitions, balanced proportions, and craftsmanship that speaks for itself.

Every detail in this bathroom was selected to create a timeless space that feels effortless. Warm white oak cabinetry, natural stone-inspired tile with precision mitered corners, polished nickel Brizo fixtures, and brushed brass lighting and hardware come together to prove that luxury is found in craftsmanship, not excess.

One detail you’ll find in almost every luxury home?

Clean baseboards create a seamless transition between the floor and wall, making the space feel larger, cleaner, and more custom.

That’s why we install the flooring first, then the base molding, and finish it with a crisp caulk line throughout.

From vision to reality.

Finalizing every detail with the clients and designer for this Troy addition + remodel project before we bring it all to life. Flooring, quartzite, tile selections, finishes, and walkthroughs while the house starts taking shape at the drywall stage. This is where the project really starts to feel real.

Hot take: white oak flooring is starting to feel overplayed. 👀

Every remodel, every flip, every “modern luxury” house is doing the same light white oak look. At some point it stops feeling custom and starts looking generic.

A rich walnut toned floor brings warmth, depth, and character that white oak just can’t replicate. It feels more timeless, more high end, and honestly gives a home way more personality.

Natural brown tones age better, hide wear better, and make a space feel grounded instead of washed out. Trends come and go, but a warm walnut floor always feels classic. 🤝

Phase 2 underway. A lot has changed…

We’re in rough framing building out the structure and completely reworking how this home functions. New walls going up, roof tied in, and a full layout transformation from the inside out
