Hello everyone my name is Robert, I am the son of Drew the bussiness owner, I am looking to expand our business. My father and I both have experience in re-models and we are a Liscenced and Insured contractor. I have done plenty in the re-modling industry such as, basic cosmetic upgrades like flooring, paint, trims, molding, and backsplash. I can also do house/garage add ons, open up your floor plan, and just about anything you want. Leaves, grass, dirt and even branches can infiltrate your furnace and air conditioner. This can cause a bunch of costly problems that may lead to a breakdown of your unit. You should spend time clearing out the vegetation in the unit and check it for debris. In particular, after your area has experienced strong winds because of a storm.

If you don’t have one already, installing a programmable thermostat can go a long way to help reduce energy use when you’re not home.
The less your HVAC system has to work to maintain comfortable temperature levels that aren’t necessary because no one is home, the more savings you’ll see on your heating or cooling bill.
