We are an Idaho based company with the capability of steel building Er****on services for projects from 2,500 square feet to the largest project we just completed of 600,000 square feet. We are gearing up and in demand for an extremely busy summer this year. Did you know? Snow load (the amount of snow in pounds a roof can handle) plays a huge factor in cost for a steel building.

The higher the SL the more steel is put into the design of the building to keep it from caving in!

Always double check or have MHB check with your local planning and zoning. It’s an important phone call that can save you tens of thousands of dollars in the near future!

There are many challenges that appear during Idaho winters. There’s going to be windy days, snowed out days, freezing tempature days etc…

We have to take the good days to get as much production done as possible, while taking the bad days and working on the inside of the buildings to get all the little things squared away.

It boils down to positive time management because no matter the weather or the challenge we will prevail and we hit our target goals!

200 amp power panel. NATURAL GAS installed to the airport in September.

This hangar is natural gas and has a 250k btu furnace.

9 LED high bay commercial lights.

Folks, this is why you build at least a 2’ stem wall and have an overhang on your steel buildings!

What happens is the snow piles up against the side of the building and over a few winters you start to see this denting and crimping happen.

Now you got a heating problem, bug problem, leaking water areas etc….

All of that avoided for typically a few grand more.

We always tell our potential clients about potential issues on a building! We have the experience to help you avoid costly problems down the road!
