And today marks the day of my very first avocado harvest. I got two little avocados after planting the trees about three years ago. In the last week we have harvested watermelon, cantaloupe, mangoes, pineapples, bananas, and carrots. Not to mention all of the eggs from the chickens. Nine years ago, this was only a dream. And after all these years of hard work and many challenges, we are starting to see the fruits of our labor. This entire project started before Cora was even a thought. But the purpose behind this project was to build a farm to feed a family. 💕❤️💕🌸
