This is a 1950’s model home that had plaster and 16in ripped pieces of drywall throughout the entire home. We’ve done a total turnkey on this home for Mr. Mrs Samples. It started out as a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom. And we took the smallest middle bedroom and turned it into a wonderful master bathroom, and walk-in closet. The room was 12 x 12 and we split it down the middle, cut out a corner for a new shower. And built a new dividing wall to separate the new bathroom and new closet we tore out original closet in master bedroom, also entire wall surrounding the closet (dividing the master bedroom and the middle bedroom) “the new bath and closet”. And cut out a doorway to enter the bathroom from the master bedroom. we also painted the entire house, took up all old original trim and replaced floors with new floating floors and then put a new style baseboard down to match. We repaired all settling cracks in drywall/plasters and him new drywall on new dividing walls. Well let me know what you guys think they was very very happy with the outcome.
