🚨🐙➡️🔥❄️ Jackson, we had to share this one!

This customer had what many call an “octopus furnace”… and honestly, we think it had enough giant duct runs to qualify for its own zip code. 😅 Those old oversized systems were built like tanks, but they also loved eating energy bills for breakfast.

Out with the giant metal monster and in with a new 97% high-efficiency furnace and air conditioning system! 🙌 Cleaner, more efficient, better airflow, more comfort, and a whole lot more room downstairs too.

From “release the kraken” to “wow, we can actually see our basement again!” 😎

From keeping our team organized, supporting our customers, helping our community, and juggling about 100 things at once every single day… she truly does it all with kindness, patience, and a heart bigger than most. 💛

She’s the glue that keeps this place together, the voice of reason, the schedule keeper, the problem solver, and somehow still manages to make everyone laugh along the way 😅💪

Michelle, thank you for everything you do for our team, our customers, and this community. We appreciate you more than words can say and are beyond lucky to have you as part of the Right Now family.

Builders Care on N. Pleasant St. is A ROCKIN’ AND A ROLLIN’

Our mission here today is to make sure this home owner has a safe and efficient water heater. First off making sure her venting is correct. Upgrading the gas line from copper to WARDFlex gas piping as well. New shutoff valves for proper shutoff and a brand new tank with a full warranty!!

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be a small part of something really special happening in Jackson 💙

May 1st–3rd, an incredible group is coming together to pour into a home and make a meaningful difference—and we’re honored to help contribute.

It’s always a good feeling to step back and be part of something bigger than ourselves. This is what community looks like 🏠✨🫶🏼

As part of our 2026 BuildersCare and Community Curb Appeal Project with the Jackson Area Association of Realtors May 1st - May 3rd, the HBA has adopted Maryann Schroeder’s home on N. Pleasant St. and the level of support from our members has been outstanding.

This project will bring together a wide range of skilled trades and generous partners. Johnstone Supply, with support from Hometown Heating Cooling & More Llc and Right Now Heat And Air, will be providing a new water heater. Lowe's Home Improvement has committed $2,500 in materials for a resurfaced deck, new back screen door, fencing, shutters, and more. Willbee Transit-Mix Company Inc will install new concrete steps, EPM Professional Grounds Services will complete a full landscaping overhaul, and MacFarland Painting will handle trim and foundation touch-ups painting.

Billy White Roofing LLC will address roofing needs, Addison Awning and Sign Company is donating a new front awning, and AAble Seamless Gutters L.L.C is donating & installing all new gutters. Professional Tree Care LLC will take care of tree work across the project area. Crews from CB Contracting LLC., Baldwin Builders, Premier Deck Builders LLC , Renovations Plus, and Mike Parks Construction will be on-site, with The Mortgage Chicks-Nicole & Monica Fueled By M3 Mortgage-NMLS #2477076, Christoff and Sons Floor Covering, and TRUE Community Credit Union contributing supplies and funding.

Additional support includes Baker Builders, Inc. sponsoring lunch and bringing a crew, Lester Brothers/ All American Portable Toilets providing facilities, and Josh's Dumpsters donating a roll-off dumpster.

This is what it looks like when an association comes together to deliver real impact in our community.
