Message of Intent – Ducted Vortex Technology
My name is Robert Wajda, and I am the inventor of a new technological innovation designed as an advanced heating system for industrial use. This system can also be adapted into a gas phase reaction chamber for academic and scientific research. We are now completing internal testing and preparing to submit the system for third-party academic evaluation and validation. Upon completion, we plan to announce our progress through news media and interviews.
As we continue to innovate and discover new applications, our strategy is to keep the technology in a pre-seed stage, allowing us to refine the sixth-generation prototype. This next version will feature solid aluminum construction, injection-molded parts, and precision electronics for maximum performance.
We are seeking support from the local and academic communities during this phase. We’re offering early-stage stock options and team member opportunities to individuals who want to be part of something transformative. By staying in the pre-seed stage, we maximize growth potential and offer early supporters a chance to join at ground level before the first formal round of funding.
Once the sixth or seventh generation prototype is complete, we will seek larger-scale investment and expansion opportunities. The longer we remain in this early stage while continuing to advance, the greater the return for our founding team and early investors.
Project Summary: The Ducted Vortex Heat Distributor – Industrial Applications
The Ducted Vortex Heat Distributor reimagines traditional vortex tube technology, scaling it for industrial applications. It uses low-pressure ambient air to generate a high-speed vortex that travels through a specially engineered airflow separation tube. Instead of heating elements, it relies on the spinning of air molecules to generate heat, making it energy-efficient and cost-effective.
As the vortex reaches the V-Cone assembly, it is compressed to create friction, which separates hot and cold air. This enables immediate heat generation without high electrical input—reducing energy consumption while increasing airflow (CFM) and enhancing temperature differential (∆H).
Future applications may include industrial warehouse heating systems and compact units for homes and small businesses.
Research Applications: Gas Phase Reaction Chamber
The system can also be reconfigured as a gas phase reaction chamber—a controlled space for studying gaseous chemical reactions without interference from solid or liquid phases. Ideal for academic use, it supports:
• Introduction of multiple gases through separate input channels
• Optical probing tools for live analysis
• Catalyst integration along chamber walls
• Adjustable temperature and pressure settings
This makes it a valuable research tool for developing new chemical processes and products.
Current Status and Next Steps
We are currently testing our fifth-generation prototype and preparing for:
• Third-party academic evaluation
• Refinement based on test feedback
• Increased community awareness through media and outreach
• Strategic investment and team expansion through the Jacksonville Small Business Administration
Substantial funding will be needed to develop the next prototype generation. We’re building a team of professionals to help us take this technology to its full potential.
Logistics and Contact
Our location near Jacksonville makes it convenient to deliver the prototype to academic partners for hands-on evaluation. We’re ready to coordinate delivery and can arrange video or in-person meetings as needed.
Join Us
We believe students and faculty at partnering institutions will find this project exciting and full of opportunity. With academic collaboration, we can unlock even more potential and uncover applications yet to be imagined.
