The Ducted Vortex

The Ducted Vortex The Ducted Vortex is a Heating and Cooling System that creates hot and cold air by vortex spinning.

The Ducted Vortex is a natural Heating and Cooling System that uses Eco-Friendly Green Technology that has no adverse negative effects on the environment. In comparison to modern HVAC Systems, this innovation has eliminated the need for a compressor, heating elements, and all refrigerants. This is done by creating a self-contained vortex that separates the high and low pressure to create hot and c

old air on demand. This net-zero-compliant innovation has been simplified to exist with very few moving parts and is scalable to any size. The unit is also the first generation HVAC that recycles wasted mechanical energy and converts it directly into electricity which is added back into the unit.

I am pleased to announce the issuance of “The Solar Wind Turbine with Lever Assist via Compounded Mechanical Advantage” (U.S. Patent No. 12,504,001), granted on December 23, 2025.

This patented technology enables energy‑producing turbines to operate efficiently across all geographic regions. Designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the system incorporates aerodynamically positioned ducted fans with integrated velocity‑sensing pitot tubes mounted perpendicular to the distal ends of the extension arms.

These extension arms function as mechanical levers that apply increased torque to a central rotating fulcrum. Unlike traditional closed electrical systems with fixed parameters, this invention utilizes a variable closed‑loop system that allows performance to scale by extending existing lever arms or adding additional levers, in accordance with the Law of the Lever.

Conventional wind turbines rely on airfoil blades that generate lift with force concentrated near the blade center, limiting efficiency gains to approximately 35-50 percent. Our design re‑engineers the blade as a true lever by concentrating downward force at the distal tip, significantly increasing mechanical efficiency.

Similarly, efficiency improvements in solar panel systems are often constrained by electrical resistance. By employing a compound lever configuration, resistance is exchanged for distance, increasing overall efficiency and overcoming long‑standing limitations in solar energy systems.

By applying one of the most fundamental principles of physics—” The Law of the Lever, 250BC” — this single invention addresses core efficiency challenges in both the wind turbine and solar panel industries. Extending the lever arms reduces the force required to move a given load while compounding the total output torque applied to the central fulcrum.

Designed to complement existing turbine models, this technology delivers higher green‑energy output while expanding the regions in which turbines can operate at full capacity.

Message of Intent – Ducted Vortex Technology

My name is Robert Wajda, and I am the inventor of a new technological innovation designed as an advanced heating system for industrial use. This system can also be adapted into a gas phase reaction chamber for academic and scientific research. We are now completing internal testing and preparing to submit the system for third-party academic evaluation and validation. Upon completion, we plan to announce our progress through news media and interviews.

As we continue to innovate and discover new applications, our strategy is to keep the technology in a pre-seed stage, allowing us to refine the sixth-generation prototype. This next version will feature solid aluminum construction, injection-molded parts, and precision electronics for maximum performance.

We are seeking support from the local and academic communities during this phase. We’re offering early-stage stock options and team member opportunities to individuals who want to be part of something transformative. By staying in the pre-seed stage, we maximize growth potential and offer early supporters a chance to join at ground level before the first formal round of funding.

Once the sixth or seventh generation prototype is complete, we will seek larger-scale investment and expansion opportunities. The longer we remain in this early stage while continuing to advance, the greater the return for our founding team and early investors.

Project Summary: The Ducted Vortex Heat Distributor – Industrial Applications

The Ducted Vortex Heat Distributor reimagines traditional vortex tube technology, scaling it for industrial applications. It uses low-pressure ambient air to generate a high-speed vortex that travels through a specially engineered airflow separation tube. Instead of heating elements, it relies on the spinning of air molecules to generate heat, making it energy-efficient and cost-effective.

As the vortex reaches the V-Cone assembly, it is compressed to create friction, which separates hot and cold air. This enables immediate heat generation without high electrical input—reducing energy consumption while increasing airflow (CFM) and enhancing temperature differential (∆H).

Future applications may include industrial warehouse heating systems and compact units for homes and small businesses.

Research Applications: Gas Phase Reaction Chamber

The system can also be reconfigured as a gas phase reaction chamber—a controlled space for studying gaseous chemical reactions without interference from solid or liquid phases. Ideal for academic use, it supports:

• Introduction of multiple gases through separate input channels
• Optical probing tools for live analysis
• Catalyst integration along chamber walls
• Adjustable temperature and pressure settings
This makes it a valuable research tool for developing new chemical processes and products.

Current Status and Next Steps

We are currently testing our fifth-generation prototype and preparing for:

• Third-party academic evaluation
• Refinement based on test feedback
• Increased community awareness through media and outreach
• Strategic investment and team expansion through the Jacksonville Small Business Administration

Substantial funding will be needed to develop the next prototype generation. We’re building a team of professionals to help us take this technology to its full potential.

The assembly process for Ducted Vortex DV-5 is complete. This has been an exciting adventure while embarking on a vision that started 20 years ago. Prototype testing will begin with a fine-tuned approach next week. The main spin chamber has a 950 CFM output without circulating through the system. It will dissipate as it flows through the V-Cone assembly but we are starting out with a nice vortex generator.

There are six speed regulators that are designated for the ducted fans, a master control, and a V-Cone assembly. The individual components have a minimum of 100 settings that in combination with each other could yield a possible million variables in search of the "golden ratio" that will produce discernible hot and cold outputs.

We expect the testing and fine-tuning phase to be concluded within two months.

Solar Wind Turbine with Lever Assist via Compounding Mechanical Advantage (USPTO PUB #2023-0383728-A1) is seeking investors and/or offering licensing or assignment opportunities.

“Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world” is a quote from Archimedes over 2,000 years ago. Archimedes (C.287 BC - C.212 BC)

Of course, we cannot make a lever that long. However, we can shorten that distance by having a plurality of extendable levers that pivot and rotate on the same central fulcrum. This compounds mechanical advantage by using “The Law of the Lever.”

By taking Archimedes’ advice and creating a lever-based system that uses the novel configuration as described above, it is scalable to any size imaginable by using multiple levers that extend.
With ducted fans placed on the distal ends of each lever, they act as the constant downward force where a person would normally apply a downward pressure. The farther outward you extend the levers, the more torque and energy you will extract from the central pivoting point or generator without adding additional power.

In its simplest form, this additional torque and energy extracted use the “law of the lever” and mechanical advantage which was predicted over 2000 years ago. This novel innovation goes one step further, and compounds that initial mechanical advantage many times over simply by extending each of the multiple turbine arms outward.

In the opening scene, you can see a turbine lever extending through a telescopic extension.

Innovation Highlights
1) An entirely new lever-based system has merit in generating more power with less force via compounding mechanical advantage.
2) Windless turbines can work efficiently anywhere in the world.
3) No need for offshore turbines as this innovation can be placed in any environment.
4) Existing solar energy (as we know it) could become obsolete by combining solar energy with this novel lever-assist turbine. By doing so, existing solar panels will be able to generate many times more power by using the same energy collected from photons to power a more advanced high-output lever-based system.
5) Hybrid wind turbines can work efficiently in mountainous regions with or without wind.
6) The desert version turbine can work all day long by only utilizing the sun’s rays.
7) Whichever company receives an assignment of this technology could have a competitive edge in the solar and wind turbine industries for the next 20 years.
