We’re looking for a few volunteers to help us welcome guests, support our partners, and keep everything running smoothly aboard the Orleck.

Whether you enjoy connecting with people, welcoming guests, or working behind the scenes, there’s a place for you:

🔹 Partner Table Coordinator – Welcome participating organizations, help with setup, coordinate arrival, and be their go-to contact throughout the event.

🔹 Registration & Guest Check-In – Help welcome attendees, assist with registration, check-in and name tags, accommodate walk-ins, and direct guests to the appropriate areas. Andrea from OPS will also be assisting with registration.

🔹 Event Operations & Speaker Support – Help with speaker coordination, introductions, timing, partner needs, and those unexpected “we need an extra set of hands” moments!

It’s a great opportunity to get involved, meet people, support our partners, and help create a memorable experience.
