Innovative Construction Group is hiring CDL A Flatbed Drivers to support our off-site construction operations in Green Cove Springs, FL and Orlando/Longwood, FL. If you’re a safety-driven professional who takes pride in delivering quality work, we want you on our team.

In this role, you’ll:
• Safely transport prefabricated components using drop deck, roll-off, and Moffett trailers
• Secure and deliver materials to active job sites with precision and care
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain equipment
• Assist with loading and unloading while prioritizing safety
• Stay compliant with DOT regulations and company standards

What you bring:
• CDL Class A license and a clean driving record
• 2+ years of flatbed, drop deck, or roll-off experience
• Strong knowledge of E-Logs, DOT regulations, and load securement
• Mechanical awareness and solid time management skills
• A commitment to safety, teamwork, and doing the right thing

🌱 Spreading Joy This Earth Day 🌱
