Making an Impact Through Service

On May 21, 2026, members of our team partnered with Isaiah 117 House in Jacksonville to support children awaiting foster placement.

Volunteers toured the home and assisted with outdoor maintenance projects to help keep the space welcoming, safe, and comforting for children during a difficult and uncertain time.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support the incredible mission of Isaiah 117 House and proud of our team members who volunteered their time to make a meaningful difference in our community.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this day impactful for children in need.

Since joining ICG in June 2025 as Maintenance Manager, Wilbur has made a strong impact across the plant through his leadership, dedication, and commitment to safety and team culture. He has also played an active role in our Culture and Engagement Committee and recently earned a degree in Human Resource Management.

With a diverse background in manufacturing and operations leadership, Wilbur brings valuable experience, a strong work ethic, and a people-first mindset to this role.
