Homeowner couldn't figure out why their bathroom had no hot water. The main water heater was fine — but buried in the crawl space was a hidden 6-gallon point-of-use tank they didn't even know existed. It was shot, and the wiring was a mess on top of it.

Tracked down the faulty circuit, isolated the line, found the breaker, and swapped in a new Rheem. Hot water restored.

Sometimes the problem isn't where you think it is.

Is your well water leaving grit in the bottom of your glass, clogging faucet aerators, or wearing out your appliances faster than it should? Sediment buildup is one of the most common (and most fixable) well water issues we see in Fentress County. We install sediment filtration systems that catch the grit before it reaches your fixtures

This customers well had so much sediment in the water, that we had to flush the water heater 3 times just to clear it out. A 50-gallon tank that was probably only delivering 20 gallons of usable hot water.

We installed a whole home sediment filter right at the entry point — now everything downstream stays clean.

At this location we stripped out all the old lattice, replaced it around the entire porch, and framed it in. This client also needed access to the crawl space, so we built a custom single door enclosure to keep it secure while still being functional.
