Hi everyone! I wanted to share a few important updates moving forward.
Cancellation Policy:To respect my time and my clients’ scheduled appointments, I will be implementing a cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made 24+ hours before your appointment — no fee and you may reschedule as needed. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment — a 50% charge of your scheduled service will be required before booking a new appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment or same-day cancellations/no-shows — the full appointment cost will be required before rescheduling.
I truly appreciate your understanding and support as a small business owner. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, and this policy helps me continue providing the best service possible.

Upcoming Schedule Changes:With the future arrival of our baby, my availability and business hours will be changing. I plan to take time away starting mid November, will be out the entire month of December, and plan to return after the new year.
I will be sharing more details regarding my updated hours soon. If you have upcoming appointments or questions about availability, please feel free to message me directly so we can discuss my new schedule.
