BIG THREE Construction We also offer services in deck building. We are a small family owned business located in Jesup, Iowa. BIG THREE Construction was started by myself, Pat Shaffer.

We specialize in concrete driveways, sidewalks, patios, colored and stamped patios, shed and garage floors, steps, cattle floors, 36' and under grain bin and hopper tank pads, and dryer pads. Not only do we do concrete but we also build decks. From all treated wood to composite and aluminum railing, we can do it all. A project we did this summer/early fall. Attached garage and house foundation walls that we did on the backside and a stoop cap in the front of the house. Finished everything off by paving from the garage all the way out to the road. Great customers to work for and loved doing this project.

Hello all! We will be doing a little catching up on our posts for previous projects from this past year to let everyone see what we do and are also there for possible ideas for future or returning customers! We’ve also changed a few things around as far as receiving messages, calls, etc to help respond faster with a higher flow of incoming interest. We do apologize if we missed or didn’t respond, one thing I want to circle back around on is communication, one thing I think highly of! PLEASE READ the whole description of this next job! We had started on the Jesup Ball Diamonds this spring with installing new back stop walls. New poles were installed before we started and then we came in and dug out and poured footings and walls in between the poles, poured some flatwork back and regraded. Not only did we do this job but will be back after the season is done to complete a phase 2 with Walztoni Masonry laying brick on the brick ledge that we did on the back stops and completely redoing the dugouts and field work. We have donated some materials and countless hours of machinery work/use, fuel, and volunteered time to run the machinery and also manual labor. We want to thank Tyler DeSousa and DeSousa Livestock for basically living up at the diamonds and putting in unimaginable volunteer hours and is there or will be there with a phone call! We want to thank all over volunteers that have been up their cleaning up behind us and prepping for the season. We love donating back to things that support kids athletics, not just athletics but anything to help with the improvement with kids or their dreams. While some money has been donated through generous donors from the community and some from grants that were applied for, the ball diamond project is still looking for funding no matter what you might be able to give. There are opportunities for sponsorships at different levels for signage and recognition. We did phase 2 of a stamped project and pour a stamped back patio/walkway this spring. Loving the stone rock face look on the boarder of the patio! Other 2 pictures were from phase 1 last fall and applied another coat of sealer on the front. Absolutely love how this turned out and everything about it!
