Check out one of our most recent projects, this home owner was wanting a better way to get to there driveway. So we installed a beautiful paver sidewalk using the Emerson XL pavers in “Willow” with a decorative border using the Oberfield Plymouth pavers in “Charcoal”. All phases of construction on this project were compacted using a plate compactor. Then paver edging was installed around the edges using stakes to stake it down. With gray polymeric sand broomed and compacted between the pavers binding this sidewalk all together. Lastly we backfilled edges with topsoil, straw, and seed for grass to grow back. A few projects we tackled this week, stay tuned for our next two upcoming paver projects. One is a sidewalk with an apron to the driveway, and the other is a 1200sq ft patio with a landing for front door entry. Both paver projects will have a border using different sized/colored pavers to make them POP!! This home owner wanted a larger set of steps to be able to access her home. So we tore these old steps off, framed the deck back with all new posts, new wood decking, then white vinyl handrails to finish them off. The second project the home owner couldn’t take twisting her ankle while getting in/out of her vehicle. So we removed all old concrete and dug the floor down 6inches. We compacted the area before gravel, then we also compacted the area after backfilling with 2inches 2B gravel. Then poured the floor with 4inches 4000psi-fiber reinforced concrete with a beautiful power trowel finish.

We took this home owners old porch, and brought it back to life with this backyard transformation. We installed picture frame boarder and fascia board in the timbertech legacy collection in “Mocha” then used the timbertech legacy collection in “tiger wood” for the decking. We used brown lattice to finish the underneath of the porch off. We used the white fluded post wraps then the white Tuscany handrails then finished them off with the white post collars. Wrapped the beam with musket brown aluminum to match the new soffit we installed underneath the porch roof. We then installed can lighting for these home owners to enjoy their back porch at night. Lastly we installed a small paver landing to step onto after/before walking on the deck.

Check out this bathroom transformation, from complete gut out, to bringing this home owners dreams true!! We tore out the old bathroom down to the studs, then installed all new purple board and cement board for the tile accent wall. We installed the schluter kerdi membrane on the floor and accent wall completly drying in the bathroom for tile installation. We installed mosaic tile on the ground with black grout and subway tile on the wall with white grout. We then primed and painted the bathroom, installing can lights and a fan for ventilation as well. Lastly we finished off the bathroom with white vinyl trim bringing this bathroom too life!!

Check out this backyard transformation, from a deck that was falling apart that walked you right down into a mud pit. To a 40ftx12ft deck with a 48ft roof, with a 30ftx12ft paver patio to step down onto. For the decking itself we used the timbertech legacy collection in the “Mocha”. Then we used the timbertech legacy collection in the “Espresso” for the picture frame boarder and fascia board. For the handrails we used the classic rail with the viernna spindles, then the white fluded post wraps and collars to finish those off. We used musket brown fascia to wrap the beam and fascia. Then musket brown as well for the soffit, gutter, and downspout. Then to finish this porch off we installed recessed can lights with 6 different lighting options. For the paver patio we used the liberty stone Emerson XL pavers in “west mountain”, then for the boarder we used the Lincoln PG plus pavers in “espresso”. Then to finish this project off we wrapped a retaining wall around the patio and porch using the Liberty Stone Emerson Block/Caps in the “west mountain” matching the paver patio.

Due to an unfortunate event this home owner needed a handicap accessible ramp ASAP and that’s just what we did. We used the 8in cornerstone retaining wall block in the “Midnight” to build up this paver patio/ramp to be level with the existing front porch. We backfilled the wall and area with 2b gravel compacting every few inches, then we capped the wall finishing it off with matching 3in caps in “Midnight”. For the paver ramp/pad we used the Emerson pro pavers in “Desert” then we backfilled the front with black mulch to finish this project off. We couldn’t have asked for a better turn out on this project.

This home owner wanted to transform his backyard and that’s just what we did. We installed 4x4 posts for this home owner to make outdoor cabinets and install outdoor lighting. We also cut out a section of the underneath of the porch for a future installment of plumbing/drainage for an outdoor shower. We then installed irregular bluestone pavers in “Lavender” with decorative gravel as filler to finish off this patio. Underneath the pavers we did 2b gravel as well as dust compacted every few inches for a base.

These home owners were beginning to run out of room in there home, and liveable space was becoming a issue. So we enclosed these home owners front porch with brand new windows, and a new French patio door. We also sanded the ceiling down and polyurethaned it bringing back its natural beauty. To finish this room off we installed all new lvp flooring, with quarter round to match the flooring, then new cove to match the ceiling, with the windows wrapped in white trim. On the outside we framed out all the windows/door and wrapped those with white aluminum. Now these home owners can officially add another room to this beautiful home.

There hasn’t been a part of this home exteriorly that we haven’t had the opportunity to make this home owners dreams come true. After the installation of a 67ft wrap around porch, with a set of steps coming down off the front porch to a concrete pad/sidewalk. And now a set of steps coming down off the side porch to this stunning paver patio using the Liberty stone Desert Pro pavers, with handrails matching the wrap around porch. We also installed all new Marine Blue double Dutch lap vinyl siding, all new pvc wood grained finish trim around the windows, and wrapped the window seals with white aluminum to match the trim on this home. We also installed all new soffit and fascia on the home as well, to bring this home back to life. The home owner also asked us to replace the rotted out barn doors with ones he could now use. And let’s say he is beyond happy with the turn out of everything. With many more pictures to come once the new front storm/screen doors come in. We will be finishing the last of the siding and trim under the porch once the new doors are installed. And then we can finally say that this home owners Dream House has finally came to life!!
