I will be taking about a month hiatus from construction and any handyman jobs! I am pursuing my real estate license currently and the test requires a lot of dedicated studying to pass. Please bear with me for awhile. I will be more than happy to note any projects or jobs still that you would like to be scheduled for on my return!

A few of my most recent and last jobs for a bit. 50’ of soffit & facia replaced.
Doorway widened and re trimmed.
Leak fixed.
House painted.

Even more photos of this lovely home with the new floor and quarter round trim laid down, carpet, padding a tack strip all removed and hauled off along with each individual staple pulled up and some self leveler to get these floors prepped for their new LVP flooring. It turned out great! All done in less than a week with the new flooring crew! Big thanks to them and it was great ur pleasure to get this job knocked out for the new homeowner.
