Education/Experience Requirements: Completed 1-2 years technical training

Equipment Requirements: Personal Hand-tools, Carpenter Pouches, Adequate Construction Attire

Residential Builder and Remodeler we do all phases and scope of the building projects from framing,
drywall, insulation, siding, roofing, window and door installation. We self-perform approximately 80% of
all jobs we get. We subcontract concrete, painting, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. We are a
small crew of experienced and entry-level professionals that will teach and train the correct person for a
career in the industry. We have steady and consistent year-around work and have not laid oA any
employees due to slow work. This is a great opportunity for people to build their skills in a variety of
construction and carpentry phases.
JeA, the owner, has a strong believe in the development of the professional carpenter with an extensive
background in teaching higher education and is dedicated to finding the correct people to develop into
lead and foreman carpenters.

Tiles set, grouted, cleaned, and polished, we are ready for drywall repair and complete this part of our Alexandria project.
