***UPDATE***

Our utility outages have been fixed and back online as of this afternoon, allowing us to get back to normal operations.

-Timeline on open orders below-

We’ve been waiting for service techs to come fix the issues since Tuesday morning and this afternoon happened to have the earliest time slots available. This caused us to get backlogged on orders that otherwise would have shipped out this week.

As of this evening, prep will start for a handful of orders to be completed this weekend, ready to ship Monday morning.

Here is the list of outstanding orders and where they fall in the production line.

Weekend production 8/2-8/3 (ship 8/4)
Order 1810, 1820, 1821, 1822, 1824, 1825, 1827.
We are going to push HARD to get these out the door Monday morning.

Monday into Tuesday 8/4-8/5 we are looking to get through Order 1830, 1831, 1832 & 1835 to be shipped end of day on Tuesday.

Tuesday into Wednesday 8/5-8/6 we will be hammering through Order 1838, 1839, 1840 & 1841 to ship on Wednesday.

There are a couple others not on this list who already know what’s up on their exchange orders. You will be worked in with the rest of these to get yours headed out early this week as well.

We’re very sorry for the delays and we’re doing what we can to make up time for the backlog. There’s only so much that can be done when utilities unexpectedly go down for repair.

Those of you on this list, if there was something else you’ve been eyeballing or holding off on, let us know and we may be able to toss it in complementary for the wait or include a little freebie scale gift.

Attention everyone waiting on an order placed to be fulfilled. We will be behind on production by one week. Some of our utilities are out and we are told that service technicians will be available on Friday, 7/31 at the earliest due to many of them being dispatched all week for major repairs caused by our recent storms. Once restored, we will be able to resume normal operations.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause any of you waiting on an order placed prior to 7/23, which may go beyond our typical lead time.

We will update with a list of orders in production with projected shipping times once our utilities are restored.

*This applies to all orders containing metalwork. Other products and 3d printed items can still be fulfilled and shipped as usual*

Attention All Offshore Customers in U.S. Territory, including Alaska…. We have been informed by our post office that they are experiencing extreme delays shipping from Chicago to certain areas. We ask that if you live outside the mainland, please select UPS only for your orders. -Thank You and we apologize to those in wait.

**PSA**
We are under an Extreme Heat Warning/Advisory all week. We have no AC, only some tower fans so we will not be fulfilling orders as we normally would. We will try to get a couple done late night hours but it looks like we will be down this whole week. This is our current thermostat reading and expect it to increase.
