We were blessed with the opportunity to do some work for the City of Pattison recently. We added a meeting room for them to collaborate on city business and a break room area for refueling through out the day. We came in and knocked it out quickly and efficiently to not disturb their operation and get the job done. We look forward to working with the great people of this small but growing town again at some point!

Pair that with open-book accounting and tight change-order control, and you always know exactly where your project stands, budget and timeline included. These are some great people out there doing there part everyday to change the world in a small town. It is truly a beautiful place to be able to support this community. We are honored to be apart of their journey, and we look forward to seeing them continue to bring hope, joy, and resilience to Wharton, TX!

The Market has continued to grow every year and now more than ever, buying from local producers matters.

We have over 15 local food vendors and just as many artisans in The Market. If you haven’t thanked them lately, this is a good time to do so!

We will continue making fresh, high quality, local food access a priority in The Market and we will continue being grateful for neighbors working hard to keep their land and feed our people.

Eight-plus years in, we're still proud to carry our Small Business Enterprise certification from the City of Houston. It's more than a badge — it's a reminder of where we started as a family-owned company, and a signal to the clients and municipal partners we work with that supporting local, certified businesses actually means something. Grateful for every project that's helped us grow into what we are today.

Sometimes a remodel doesn't go according to plan — and that's okay. This project started as a planned renovation, then Hurricane Beryl brought water damage that moved up the timeline fast. Part of the work ended up covered under the client's insurance claim, and we adjusted the scope to get them taken care of properly. Real life doesn't always follow a schedule, but the right team adapts with you.

We're in the thick of hurricane season on the Gulf Coast, and a little prep now can save a lot of stress later. A few things worth checking this week: roof flashing and seals, gutter drainage, and any exterior areas prone to water intrusion. If you're not sure where you stand, we're happy to take a look.

We just finished the exterior repaint at Thundercloud Subs in Downtown Austin — and that view of the Capitol dome in the background doesn't hurt either.
