That’s what we like to see! Green tag is in the permit box. All windows are in everything is Tyvek wrapped and properly flashed. Now it’s straight on to getting all the siding and paint on!

Another beautiful flooring transformation completed by Grant Construction Group.

This project featured the installation of premium luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, but the key to a long-lasting floor starts before the first plank is ever installed. After removing the existing flooring, we carefully evaluated the concrete slab and found areas that required correction. Our team professionally floated and leveled the slab to create a flat, stable foundation that meets manufacturer specifications.

Taking the time to properly prepare the substrate helps prevent movement, gaps, hollow spots, and premature wear, ensuring our clients receive a floor that looks great and performs for years to come.

Really excited for this one! We are taking this wall to level 10! Reframed the wall to support the opening for an Orion 60” multi flame fireplace. We will be trimming the new 80” fireplace wall with solid white oak finished with a matte poly for a rich, clean and luxurious finish. Once the wall is complete, we will be adding an accent color to the drywall.
Which color would you go with?

UPGRADE COMPLETE 🔥

GCG transformed this old, rotting, and unsafe deck into a clean, low maintenance Trex deck built to last!

We started by removing the existing deck and an old tree stump, then regraded and leveled the area for a solid foundation. New piers were installed to elevate the frame and keep it protected from moisture, helping extend the life of the structure for years to come.

To keep things clean underneath, we installed a heavy-duty w**d barrier to prevent unwanted growth. We also added sturdy 6x6 posts to support a swing, along with a decorative cross member that ties everything together and gives it that finished, custom look.

That fresh clean smell of carpet! The feel on it on bare feet! Grant Construction Group got this staircase and second story all padded and laid fresh carpet down ready for a new homeowner. Next we will be installing the first floor with a beautiful LVP. Stay tuned.
