We had another opportunity to perform a preventative Maintenance on one of our favorite ice machines a Hoshizaki! There is a good feeling knowing that this machine is now set up for success!

As always we are thankful for the opportunity to maintain and service our customer's equipment. There however are times when it makes more sense to replace a piece of equipment rather than invest into it. We are grateful for this opportunity to Sandra Patterson with Dixie Chicken & Ribs, to supply and install a new Hoshizaki Ice Machine. Thanks to the Professionalism and great service we are provided by our friends at Southern Commercial Products we were able to secure a replacement machine in inventory and install it at a moments notice! We were able to keep her in ice throughout the ordeal!

You know it going to be a bad day when this happens! The result of soil settlement from no rain! We could hear this leak from 30' away! The neighbor stated as she sat at her patio table smoking a cigarette 25' away that she on occasion would smell gas!

I cannot brag enough on my Carrier Infinity equipment! Yesterday afternoon my Carrier Infinity temperature controller emailed me the following:

This was at 5:28 PM and because of the alert my unit was back online at 5:39 PM after I blew out my primary drain! I know what you are thinking but when you do it for a living the last thing you want to do is come home from work and work some more! LOL Seriously if you are considering a new system I strongly recommend the Carrier Infinity System!
