Across his 17-year career in the United States Marine Corps, Jesse built a foundation of resilience, adaptability, and high-stakes leadership. His service spanned frontline infantry operations, shaping incoming talent as a recruiter, and training future military leaders as an Officer Candidate School (OCS) instructor.

Jesse later translated that mission-focused mindset into business results as a General Manager at Staples, directing daily operations, leading high-performing teams through fast-paced workflows, and executing complex logistical projects.

On June 30, Rubicon Technical Services (RTS) was thrilled to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon-cutting of Texas State Technical College’s (TSTC) brand-new MEI (Mechanical, Electrical, and IT) Data
Center Pathway Program in Red Oak, Texas.

Organized by the Red Oak Area Chamber of Commerce and hosted on the Compass Datacenters campus, this landmark initiative is a massive win for the digital infrastructure industry.

Quick Program Highlights:

🏢 State-of-the-Art Training: A $12.6M, 40,000-sq-ft facility deeded to TSTC for hands-on, real-world learning.
⚙️ Bridging the Talent Gap: Short-term, specialized training in complex cooling, power, and mechanical systems for students without traditional four-year degrees.

In late January, Rubicon senior leadership met with one of our major hyperscale partners in Newark, NJ, to finalize a new Master Services Agreement (MSA).

March was a massive month for our international operations, highlighted by two major executive reviews in Dublin:

Turning Challenges into Triumphs: After facing some past performance hurdles, our team delivered a compelling strategy session to the senior management of a major cloud provider in EMEA. The session concluded with a massive vote of confidence, with leadership noting that Rubicon is firmly on the right track for regional expansion.

Top-Tier Performance Recognition: We are incredibly proud to share that official client metrics now recognize Rubicon as one of their top suppliers in the region, a testament to our team's relentless dedication to quality.

Innovating the Future of Data Centers (San Diego, CA)
