🏡 From Storage Room to Comfortable Guest Suite! 🔨

What was once a carport storage room is now a beautiful guest bedroom complete with its own private bathroom!

We added a full bathroom featuring a custom-tiled walk-in shower, modern black fixtures, a beautiful vanity, and sliding barn doors that tie everything together. We also installed matching exterior vinyl siding to create a seamless look and help the addition blend beautifully with the existing home.

From unused space to a comfortable, functional guest suite, we love helping homeowners make the most of their homes!

🔨 Tiny Home Move Prep — Complete! 🏠

This tiny home needed to be prepared for relocation, so Hooge Maintenance got to work removing the attached covered porch/lean-to and decking.

We carefully disassembled the metal roofing, framing, and porch structure, salvaging the materials for the homeowner instead of simply tearing everything down.

From a fully covered porch ➡️ to cleared, cleaned up, and ready for the movers!

Need a structure removed, dismantled for reuse, or a building prepped for relocation? Give Hooge Maintenance, LLC a call or send us a message for an estimate.

🌱 Another Hooge Maintenance Project Complete! 🌱

We recently completed the installation and custom finish work on this 25’ x 85’ greenhouse, and this one was quite a project!

The finished greenhouse features:
• 25’ x 85’ structure
• Polycarbonate roof
• Roll-up curtain side walls for ventilation
• Fully welded custom end walls
• Custom welded doors
• Assembly, fabrication & installation

A lot of time, welding, fitting, and hands-on work went into getting this greenhouse finished and ready for use. We’re proud of how it came together!

Hooge Maintenance, LLC handles more than just home repairs and remodeling. From custom fabrication and welding to specialty builds and installations, if you have a project that’s a little outside the ordinary, give us a call and see what we can do.

A few updates completely changed the look and feel of this home!

We covered the dated popcorn ceilings with beautiful tongue-and-groove wood and gave the interior a fresh coat of light, bright paint — including painting the existing wood paneling to give it a clean, updated look.🏡🔨
