Bathroom progress on a big job we’ve been working on in Kitty Hawk. Special order 6’ tub by Kohler. Will be finished by the end of today… only 2 days from start to finish.

Been so busy with work here recently. Finally remembered to take some before and after pictures to help showcase what we do here @ Clontz Building Group LLC. This was a much needed upgrade to this home and turned out beautifully. Still have some grout caulking to do and finish painting trim. Frameless Shower glass with matching black hardware to be installed on the neo-angle shower in the coming days!

Western Red Cedar looking 🔥🔥 Teamed up with Dickerson Painting LLC. this week and banged out a large portion of exterior siding on this home. Over 1600 linear feet in 6 days. One step closer to the finish line! Rain head and handheld fixtures installed today. This shower is really coming together nicely. Master Bathroom remodel in progress. This master bath had unexpected water damage that was extensive and wasn’t noticeable until after demo. The old tile floor was about the only thing holding this subfloor together. Given the history of the home, I estimate the water damage began shortly after the home was built and came from both the shower and the toilet. No problem though as we had it all ripped out and rebuilt within a day. Shower pan, drain lines and backer board are up next! Stay tuned to see how this one turns out. Should be a beauty!

Full kitchen remodel in progress in Kitty Hawk, NC. This kitchen was stuck in the 80s and was due for an upgrade. We widened the kitchen area by a foot. New cabinetry, hardware, appliances, electrical and counter tops. The large peninsula makes the most of the small space! Waiting on trim and backsplash to be done next week followed by touch up sheetrock and paint and that’ll be a wrap for this one!
