Finished framing on this new construction home for Stephen Haynes with New Again Houses last week, and then our roofing crew got the roof installed early this week.

Weather delays happen — and when they do, we use the time wisely.

While some of our roofing, siding, and decking projects are temporarily paused, it’s opened up a short window for our in-house team to take on smaller home improvement projects that don’t always fit into a packed schedule.

Every now and then, that also means Benjamin gets to do what he loves most — put his tool belt on and work hands-on alongside our jobsite supervisor. As the company has grown, he spends most days managing projects and keeping everything running smoothly, so these moments are rare — and the level of craftsmanship speaks for itself.

Just yesterday, they re-structured framing inside a pole barn so a homeowner could easily park his boat, and he was thrilled with both the speed and the quality of the work.

She’ll be managing our office day-to-day — helping keep projects, communication, and schedules running smoothly so our crews can stay focused on serving our customers well.

Hi! My name is Catie, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Remnant Construction team! I recently came from the VA Hospital, where I managed a busy lab office. While my background has mostly been in healthcare, I’ve always loved the structure, productivity, and problem-solving side of office work — which led me to pursue a degree in Business Administration.

I recently earned my bachelor’s degree from Milligan University — Go Buffs! I’m a proud wife and mama to a 3-year-old little girl who is pure sunshine. Most importantly, I’m a devoted follower of Christ, and I truly feel blessed to have been led here by the Lord. I’m excited to learn, grow, and serve alongside the team at Remnant!

This kind of situation is what makes me love what I know how to do. Honestly top 5 roughest shape roofs I’ve worked on. This customer needed help. We came in at half the cost of other companies and got this customer a brand new roof, replaced 15 sheets of rotted wood and now he can sleep at ease in the rain.
