We are looking for someone experienced in residential remodeling/construction with great attention to detail that takes pride in their work. This job is mainly interior residential remodeling. Typically 40 hours per week Monday-Friday with paid holidays. Work is mainly in Knoxville, Oak Ridge, and Kingston. Applicant must be willing/able to work with others in a team environment as well as on their own without instruction/supervision. Pay will be negotiable depending on skills/experience/tools. Minimum 5 years of experience. References and pictures of past work will be requested.

Duties include:

Finish carpentry - baseboard, crown, casing, shiplap, etc.

Framing

Flooring installation - hardwood, laminate, LVT, tile

Interior and exterior door installation

Window installation

Clean-up ; must keep a clean jobsite

Walk-in shower/tile installation. *Priority given to someone that does great tile work*

Drywall finishing a big plus

Must be reliable and on-time

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Must have reliable transportation and smartphone

Must be able to lift/carry 75 pounds

Latest kitchen remodel! What a difference taller white cabinets, a modern light fixture, new quartz countertops, and some floating shelves can make! ✨😱
