Knoxville you have once again selected Grissom Heat & Air as 2024 Best of Knoxville.
This is 2nd year in a row & 3 of last 4 years.
We want to thank our Employees, they are the true winners with there dedication to excellence, hard work & going above & beyond to ensure that the customer is happy.

Thank You to all our happy customers, whether we just did work for you within the last year, 5 or 10 yrs ago & many long time customers of 35-40 years of which we have done work for there children & grandchildren.

Grissom Heat & Air looks forward to the future & continuing what we have always done in providing quality HVAC installation & service to Knoxville & surrounding areas.

HVAC Installer & Start Up's

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Perform HVAC installations.
•Work with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
•Provide great customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
•Collecting fee's from customers
•Keeping all vehicles cleaned and stocked.
•Preform other duties as requested.
•May be required to work some Saturday's but will be notified in advance.

WE OFFER:
•Company Uniforms
•Most Weekends Off

Requirements
•Valid Drivers Licenses with Good Driving Record.
•Must have +1 year/s experience in installs, duct work and basic HVAC tools

Material Delivery Driver / Shop Hand
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Keep shop in clean, organized and in working order.
•Delivery material / units to new construction jobs and/or customers home. Also may be required to delivery to employee's at jobs when needed.
•Will pick up ordered material from warehouse and delivery to desired job or shop to organize and put away.
•Loading small box trucks with material.
•May be required to work some Saturday's but will be notified in advance.
WE OFFER:
Company Uniforms
Most Weekends Off
Requirements
Valid Driver's Licenses
HVAC experience is desired, but not required.
