or gable vents and standard stud bays like this one is. The most popular spec has a duct booster fan that is intended for a round duct. This type of fan creates a number of headaches for the installer. With the round duct fan you will need to make your own custom mount for it which will require extra trips over to the vent and probably a trip to the hardware store as well. Most attics aren't very pleasant to work in, do you really want to spend more time in your attic than you need to? Our system also works very well to ventilate and exhaust basements, crawl spaces, garages, shops, sheds, greenhouses, barns, and other outbuildings.
