Oak Ridge job. Customer wanted this old Federal Pacific (FPE) panel swapped out for a new 200 amp panel. Breakers on these panels are known to never trip, creating a hazard of fire if over loaded! Got her set up with a new 30 space, 60 circuit NEMA 3R Siemens panel and did away with that ole fire starter! The meter can was in great condition, and had been replaced previously, so opted to keep as much as I could from the old to save her some money! Got rid of that 2” rigid that ran every circuit to the panel. Passed inspection and had power restored same day! Ran the refrigerator off a 2kw generator to make sure her food didn’t spoil.

Call today if you have an old panel like FPE, Challanger, Wadsworth, Zinsco, Bulldog Push-o-matic, any split bus panel, or any fused panel to get out swapped out today! Job I did in Oak Ridge. Installed a Fart Fan w/Light and pulled off the junction from the track lighting, installed a dedicated circuit 40 foot from panel for a refrigerator, and put in a new fixture! They had renters moving in the first so we got it done this past Sunday!

So the 3.5% processing fee for checks is finally taking off! I started it because it takes time and gas to run to the bank, so of course it’s going to have a fee! What do you guys think? You charge a fee to cash a check?

Side Note: I just found a check at the bottom of the console that’s 2 months old. Will they still cash it?
