Upon receiving a call from a customer about a faulty fan motor, we promptly assessed the situation and discovered that not only was the fan motor seized up, but the dual capacitor was also running low. Understanding the severity of the problem, we took immediate action and replaced all minor electrical parts on the outdoor unit including the capacitor. We also replaced the contactor to ensure the problem doesn't recur.
