Another ADU foundation we finished up at the beginning of the month for Central Point Homes! Every house or ADU starts with the prep work and the foundation. Once the foundation is in everything starts becoming reality! Pleased to have the builder let us know the framer said we couldn’t have gotten any more perfect on our square!!🙂 That makes for standing the walls and the whole building process togo so much easier!

Was a very busy week for us! We spent 3 days down at the beach putting in a foundation for a vacation property! It all starts with the foundation without a good solid square foundation it’s hard to move onto framing and keep the project rolling if it’s not done correctly. Communication with concrete and inspector was timed just right on this project. We were in and out in 3 days start to finish without sacrificing quality!
