💧Let’s talk about water damage....💧

This was a project that we just finished up in the Bastrop area. Customer had an asphalt style flat roof that had been leaking for many years. The damage to the area was substantial and about to fail. We were able to reframe with new headers and laminated beams to give the customer a clear span in the garage (no structural post in the middle). We then applied TPO roofing and finished off with treated decking. The rain water will run through the gaps in the deck boards and drain out the front of the garage. Railing will be supplied by customer and installed at a later date. As an extra we threw in a garage door opener and extra wall plugs in the garage. Happy, happy customer.
