During this Charleston service call, we found standing water in the air handler drain pan caused by a backed-up condensate line. We also found insulation that had fallen into the evaporator coil pan and was interfering with proper drainage.

Noah removed the standing water, cleared and cleaned the drain, cleaned the pan, and tested everything to make sure it was draining properly again.

A new system isn’t ready just because the equipment is installed.

Our team was in Charleston replacing an indoor cassette and rooftop condenser.

Once everything was in place, the system was pressure tested, evacuated, started up, and the condensate drainage was tested before we called the job complete.

When the fan won’t stop running, something isn’t quite right.

This Charleston homeowner was dealing with higher-than-normal indoor humidity and a blower that seemed to run constantly.

During diagnostics, Chase ruled out the thermostat and other controls before tracing the problem back to a failed blower motor module. The failure was keeping the fan running continuously—even when the system wasn’t calling for it.

That constant airflow was also contributing to the humidity problem by allowing moisture from the coil to make its way back into the home.

Once the failed motor was identified, we had a clear path to getting both the airflow and indoor comfort back where they should be.

This Mt. Pleasant system had a call for cooling, but the outdoor unit wasn’t running. Noah traced the issue to a failed A2L refrigerant sensor that was preventing the condenser from starting.

Once replaced, the fault cleared and the system came back online. Noah checked the refrigerant levels, made a small adjustment, and verified everything was operating properly before leaving.

Our team was in North Charleston replacing an existing wall-mounted heat pump with a new 3-ton system.

The old equipment was removed, the new unit was lifted into place, and all electrical, control, and duct connections were completed before startup and testing.

A tripped breaker was only part of the story.

This Charleston homeowner called because their AC had stopped cooling. During diagnostics, Chase found the outdoor unit had lost power after the breaker tripped.

Good airflow starts long before the air reaches the vent.

Noah and Braden were out on Folly Beach replacing the ductwork throughout this home, including a new main trunk, supply runs, and return ductwork.
Every connection was sealed, supported, and checked for leaks before the system was tested for proper airflow.

When your thermostat says one thing but your HVAC system does another, something isn’t communicating properly.

This Moncks Corner homeowner’s system wouldn’t shut off, causing the temperature inside to drop to around 65°.

Noah traced the problem to a failed transformer and a faulty zone control board that was continuing to tell the system to run when it shouldn’t.

After diagnosing the issue, he got the system cycling properly again and identified the zone control board that needs to be replaced.
