📞 Important Update from Dux Air ❄️
Hey everyone I wanted to take a moment to sincerely apologize if you’ve tried to call or text us over the past couple of months and didn’t hear back.
We just discovered that due to an issue with Verizon, some calls and texts were being sent straight to voicemail or spam without ever notifying us and unfortunately, we weren’t receiving those voicemails either. This has likely been going on for the past 2–3 months, and we’re truly sorry if it felt like we were ignoring you. That was never the case!
We’ve been working to fix the issue and are taking extra steps to make sure we’re reachable moving forward. Your trust means everything to us, and we’re committed to giving you the reliable service you expect from Dux Air.
