A nice clean install on a Rinnai wall mounted propane heater with an auxiliary Google Nest thermostat we did over the winter. This is an awesome, reliable source of heat to add to any room in your house. Customer was very satisfied.

A full service on this boiler. Burner tubes cleaned. Pilot assembly cleaned, and burner chamber cleaned. Inspected heat exchanger and also flushed air out of zones that the customer was having issues with.

A full service on this steam unit and gas water heater. House sat for 3 years so it was definitely needed! Clean pilot assembles and burner tubes. Hot flushed the steam unit and cleaned sight glass.

Customers pressure relief valve on the water heater was leaking in the hideout. All the water lines in the house were pressurized at 110psi! Swapped out the pressure reducing valve and adjusted to the correct psi! No more leaking pressure relief valve.

Came across a leaking pressure relief valve on a boiler, the cause…the expansion tank was bad. Replaced with new one and also serviced the boiler with a new inline oil filter, pump strainer, new electrodes and nozzle. Cleaned the heat exchanger and finished with a combustion analyzer. Unit is now running efficiently and no leaks!

Out with the old electric water heater and sky high electric bills, and in with the new, efficient rheem on demand water heater. The on demand water heater is capable of providing endless hot water and heats the water as you use it instead of the traditional water tank that heats it constantly causing your electric bill to be sky high. Another happy customer.
