I have been in construction for over 30 years in Iowa. I own my own contracting company (JD Construction). I relocated to the lake part time a couple years ago to slow my work life down. I no longer am doing whole house contracting or commercial construction. While at the Lake of the Ozarks I am focusing on smaller projects. I am able to access your residence by land or boat for all of your small project needs. Deck and dock repair, door installation, small plumbing repairs, doorknob lock replacement, fence repair, general maintenance, ect. I have added photos of previous house builds I have completed and I will slowly start to add previous remodels and smaller projects I have recently completed.
