Didn't know how to post or what to say since Friday April 16, 2021... The darkest day of my life... My 19 yr old son Chuchu Delafuente had multiple severe strokes out of no where.no previous underline health issues, healthy and very active, never smoked , alcohol, drugs ever!!! A Perfect son those who know him know he has a big big heart , loving , respectful , still ask for permission to go out , NEVER had a girlfriend , married still living at home .love going out with his sisters , nephew and family to the mall, eating, and having fun anywhere he was , just bought his new truck , opened his very own Construction Company all was going great for him.. Life took a turn all in 10 minutes!!!
well back to the story on April 16 , 2021my son had multiple severe strokes that left him in a coma for weeks , and if all that wasn't bad enough also developed Covid 19 and pneumonia in both lungs with infection in ICU just days after the brain surgery to relieve the psi caused by the massive strokes , in coma and on full life support..
Dr's gave us/ my wife Jacqueline Delafuente and I no hopes , for over 2 weeks repeatedly fought the entire teams of Brain surgeons , neural and spines specialists , lung drs , the rest of the ICU physicians and nurses who were adamant to unplug the ventilator to our 19 yr old son and let my son pass away in peace that my son was brain dead due to the multiple strokes in his cerebellum, brain stem and also my son covid positive which he caught in the hospital after the stroke in coma after 5 days in ICU my son only was given less than 3% to pull through and if he were to survive he would never wake up, never hear his voice again , never breathe on his own , never walk again.. I can't even start to explain how I felt but absolutely know that no parent should ever experience anything like this... As his father I am supposed to raise , guide , shield and protect our children but once this tragedy hit it was out of my control
And through lots of persistence not taking no for a answer, prayers , and a miracle of God we were able to stay with our son 24hrs from day one under 1 circumstances that mom or I would stay suited up at all times and did not leave our sons room...
We were repeatedly called parents in denial by all the Dr's. and medical staff on a daily base , repeatedly reminded that my son was never going to make it , But our faith in God and powerful prayers around the world our son survived and is recovering which brings me here to Facebook to update and thank all my family and all our friends for all your powerful prayers and strong support from the bottom of our heart..

Please for the respect of the hospital, medical staff even though we went through hell with them i will not disclose.. But I must say if you have a love one in a hospital please be there at all times , I've experienced so much and learned that you must be at their bedside at all times!!!!
