Job Title: Residential HVAC Installer/Subcontractor
Location: Tampa, FL - Sarasota, FL
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced Residential HVAC Installers and Subcontractors to join our team in Tampa, FL and Sarasota, FL. As an HVAC Installer/Subcontractor, you will be responsible for performing full HVAC installations in residential buildings, including pulling and replacing HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform complete installations of HVAC systems in residential buildings.
Pull out and replace existing HVAC systems as necessary.
Conduct inspections to identify necessary repairs or replacements.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local codes and regulations.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.
Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or Subcontractor in residential settings.
Proficiency in HVAC system installation, including ductwork, wiring, and refrigerant lines.
Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations.
Must possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle.
Must have personal tools required for HVAC installations.
Must have liability insurance and workers compensation coverage or exemption.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: Pay will be determined based on experience and efficiency. We offer competitive rates in the industry.
Pay frequency: Pay is on a per job basis.
