🏢 New ownership often brings different operational needs, and that is exactly the case with this recently acquired 2-story commercial office building. After finding BHI Services Inc. through a Google search for office renovations, the new owners reached out looking for a team that could help rework the property to better support how their business functions day to day. 🔍🔨
After walking the property together, seeing how the space is currently functioning, and hearing what the new owners want from the building to better support their needs moving forward, our team is putting together a plan to create a more open, functional, and updated office environment throughout both floors of the building.
Plans currently being discussed include removing walls to enlarge portions of the space, opening up the layout through selective demolition, upgrading the break room with new cabinetry and countertops, replacing damaged ceiling tiles, repairing drywall, repainting the entire 1st and 2nd floors, updating flooring, and coordinating the electrical, lighting, and plumbing modifications needed to support the new layout and overall improvements throughout the building. 🏗️🎨⚡🚰
Outside the building, the property also features a shared wooden deck area that has weathered over time from exposure to the elements. Repairing and restoring the exterior deck is another improvement being explored as part of the overall scope of work. 🪵☀️
