As Ehrsam Construction LLC, we had our first company Christmas party. Had a wonderful time with all of our employees which I consider Family. I have a wonderful group of men with their wives and kids backing them in what they do. I wholeheartedly believe that if you don’t invest and give back to your employee That you will have nothing. A lot of companies cannot grasp the idea that they are the real backbone in your company. You can have all the work in the world have all the jobs waiting to be done, but if you do not have men to do them with again, you have nothing. Take care of them so they want to come to work . And yes, there will always be squabbles and there will always be rough times but when you can pick up a phone anytime day or night and know that they will be there then I feel you’ve earned their trust and their respect. That’s all they really want in return. I love to see the smile on their faces and their kids faces when they get to open their gifts. Very blessed this year Merry Christmas to everyone and we thank you all.
