Nothing beats the moment a customer hits you with install pics.

Customized these Gearhead Fabworks ram clamps and they found their home on the rear steering — already out living their best trail life.

Love seeing the finished product exactly where it belongs.

Big thanks to a solid friend who jumped in and helped me fix something on my motorcycle.

As a small thank you, I made him a custom firefighting sign. He was genuinely appreciative and said he’s going to hang it up at our local fire company.

Nothing better than good friends and giving back to the community that keeps us safe.

A customer reached out looking for a small bridge to span a water drain at their Mount Gretna cabin.

Started with a large piece of aluminum, plasma-cut the cabin’s name right into the face, welded the supports underneath, and finished it with a powder coat in a soft river stone color.

Turning dreams into reality.

When a good buddy hits you up for help on a project… you show up.

A roadside market stand owner wanted something unique for his business, so my friend brought me in. I handled the cutting, fabrication, and finished it with a clean white powder coat. Then I handed it off to him for the finishing touches — he designed and made the plastic insert, added the back lighting, and built the mounting bracket.

Now we’re just waiting on the store owner to finalize the graphic label so we can finish it off.

Teamwork makes the dream work.

Just wrapped up a fun custom project for my coworker!

She reached out asking for a monogram sign for her house, so I jumped on the computer and designed something we both loved.

Fired up the CNC plasma cutter, cut it out of steel, did some light grinding to clean it up, then sent it off for powder coating. Delivered it today and even helped her hang it — the smile on her face when it was up made it all worth it!

So happy with how it turned out. Nothing beats seeing a custom piece in its new home.

Just wrapped up a fun custom project for a buddy!

He sent over a rough sketch for some sturdy brackets to hold a big flower box off his railing. I grabbed some 1-1/4" x 1/4" flat bar, cut everything to his exact dimensions, and bent them into shape.

Finished them off with a classic lambs tongue scroll on the ends for that extra touch of craftsmanship. Mounted up perfectly and looking clean!

Nothing beats a happy customer and a job that turns out exactly as planned.

Got a fun custom request recently- a client wanted to elevate their brand-new fireplace insert and tie it into the stunning stone surround while hiding the exhaust pipe and filling in that awkward hole.

Built this custom metal panel to tie it all together: clean lines and a polished look that makes the whole setup pop!

Proud moment to share today.

For the last few years, I’ve had the privilege of working with Sean Laukhuff to turn his “there’s
got to be a better door stand” idea into a real, production‑ready tool. That tool is now officially
launching as KaddyKat™ from Kaddy Kat Systems.

From the fabrication side, this has been one of the most rewarding projects I’ve worked on. We’ve taken what started as wood and metal prototypes in the shop and refined it into a scissor jack compression stability system built to survive real PDR and auto body abuse.

KaddyKat™ combines:
● A fine‑tune‑adjustable scissor lift
● A secure clamping claw
● Our patent‑pending HAWLASS™ (Height‑Adjustable, Weight‑Load Actuated Stability System) inside a Scissorjack Component Compression Stand (SCCS)

In use, that means one tech can safely remove, stabilize, move, and reinstall vehicle doors with
repeatable control—without wrestling the weight or risking a drop.

Production is now underway, and reservations are open at https://kaddykat.com, with $500 off MSRP during the launch window and a 25% deposit option through February 1, 2026.

We’ve also put together a short launch video that shows KaddyKat™ in action in the bay:

If you’ll be at Mobile Tech Expo in Orlando, come by and see the welds up close:

Big shoutout to Sean, the Dent‑Techs crew, and everyone who helped turn these drawings into
a real tool on the floor.

Built a progressive jig that holds four 1.5" square tubes at once. Load them in, hit start on the CNC plasma – it rips the side profiles and holes perfectly on all four pieces.

Rotate the bundle 90°, run it again. Four cycles and I’ve got four completely finished leg blanks ready to weld

Then they drop straight into my welding jig for dead-on alignment and quick tacks.

These are the beefy support legs for the big project we’ve been teasing… it’s getting real and it’s getting close!
