A snack/beverage bar & home theater are fun additions that can be used any time of year!

Milmar Homes | Midwest Barndominium Builder knocked this 15' x 24' 6" theater room out of the park

Thoughtful features like soundproofing, dropping the crown molding to make room for perimeter lights, and adding a step up to the "second level" of seating give this an authentic "theater" feel.

Today we broke ground on our newest project, 16 Jane Way! Seated right between The Obsidian and The Aspen, this build will be the perfect conclusion to our little row of houses on Jane Way.

Here’s the deets 👇
✔️ 2100 sq ft main house with 2 beds & 2 baths
✔️ 300 sq ft bonus suite above the garage
✔️ 350 sq ft casita semi-attached under the same roof!

Just finished up Week 3 on The Zen Den and wanted to share a quick recap on how far this build has come! Making great progress—starting windows and exterior concrete work this week soon to be followed by metal installation. 👏
