Looking for a good reliable technician to add to my business as a business partner iCool Heating & Cooling. You will have a stake in the business. If you are interested in being a business partner, I have an HVAC business. I am looking for some willing to run the company and split profits of the business. There are opportunities for investment for those interested as well. An experienced HVAC technician or someone with similar industry experience is preferred.

I started the company last year. I have a full C21 license which covers everything including commercial, residential, refrigeration, air condition, etc. I don't have any employees on payroll or an office. I took on jobs through a few home warranty companies last year. I had a couple technicians who would work under 1099 on the jobs. The company is just me, my license and our van right now. I am essentially looking for someone to run the business, not on a salary basis but to split profits of the business with me. As the one in charge, you would be responsible for scheduling, finding and assigning jobs, managing inventory, accounting and finances, customer relations, marketing, etc. I did all of that by myself last year and I can't balance all that with my other job. I have a full time job at a hospital so I am not trying to take an active role in the running of this business, which is why I am looking for someone who will do that. Only candidates with good driving history and clean background will be considered If you do not have a clean background and driving history please do not apply. Background check is a must because you are the direct contact to the customer and visiting their property. Also this is not a salaried or hourly job.
