We’re proud to be bringing 595 Craft and Kitchen to Southern Highlands, opening early Summer 2026. This concept is all about creating a warm, welcoming environment, whether you're a craft beer enthusiast, a familiar face from the neighborhood, or just stopping in for a great meal.

At its core, 595 is about supporting the independent brewers who put their passion into every batch, while fostering a culture of curiosity, conversation, and appreciation for the craft.
