How much are your residential maintenance?

Residential HVAC Maintenance – $89

Our standard residential maintenance service is designed to keep your system operating efficiently and reliably. This service includes:

* Condenser coil cleaning & electrical section cleaning
* Inspection of electrical components and connections
* System performance evaluation
* Supply and return air temperature checks
* Before-and-after photos of the coil cleaning
* General inspection of system operation

If a replacement filter is provided by the homeowner, we will install it during the visit at no additional charge. Should we identify any concerns or potential issues during the inspection, we will provide recommendations and discuss available options.

This week’s HVAC Q&A is live. 🔥

Question of the week:
“How often should we change our filters?”

In most cases, it’s safe to change them every 3 months. Things like pets, kids, dusty areas, and how often your system runs can all make filters dirty faster.

If it’s just you and your partner at home with low foot traffic, you can probably stretch it closer to every 6 months. But gauge it based on how the filters actually look when it’s time to replace them.

Dirty filters can affect airflow, cooling and power bills more than most people realize.
