Logic just finished remodeling the 261 typical hotel rooms and 27 suites at the California Hotel and Casino East Tower. The Logic team went through a complete remodel including bathrooms with tub to shower conversions, new Fan Coil Units including new hydronic piping risers, and complete replacement of the existing sanitary sewer lines. The remodel was completed in 14 weeks including corridor and elevator lobbies.

Very cool article and pictures of the work Logic has done at the Cal Hotel. The valet remodel, The Noodle House, and the room and corridor remodel of the West Tower.

Opened in 1975 and renovated this year, California offers rooms, suites, gaming and eats.

Logic completed the California Hotel and Casino Valet remodel at the beginning of the year. We installed a terrazzo drive surface, new EFIS walls, and a one of a kind green wall with a wonderful Mahalo sign by Patrick Signs.

This week Logic started The Nevada Energy Pearson Building Remodel. This project is 45,000 sf of interior office remodel. We will be replacing carpet, painting, re-configuring existing cubicles, installing a new fabricated wall system in areas, relocating employees to there new work areas, electrical and data upgrades as well. We will be performing this in 8 phases over the next 8 months. While still keeping the building open to existing employees.
